Assembler – Medical Device Manufacturing | Redmond, WA
\n1st Shift: $22.80/hr | 2nd Shift: $24.80/hr

\n Shift & Pay Details:
\n• 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM ($22.80/hour)
\n• 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM ($24.80/hour)
\n• Opportunities for overtime and occasional weekend work

\n Key Responsibilities:
\n• Assemble medical device components, including manual and electrical sub-assemblies
\n• Follow blueprints and work instructions to meet strict product specifications
\n• Meet safety, quality, and productivity standards in a cleanroom or production environment
\n• Collaborate with team members and participate in cross-training opportunities
\n• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

\n Requirements:
\n• Ability to read and follow written instructions, safety protocols, and quality procedures in English
\n• Strong verbal communication and attention to detail
\n• Manual dexterity to work with small parts, tools, and assemblies
\n• Comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks
\n• Willingness to learn new processes, tools, and systems
\n• A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
