What You’ll Do Business Development & Strategic Growth Identify, pursue, and close new vending location partnerships. Respond to inbound inquiries while actively generating outbound leads. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of local growth opportunities. Client Relationship Management Nurture long-term client partnerships and deliver top-tier service. Identify upsell opportunities and strengthen client loyalty. Performance Analysis & Reporting Deliver monthly reports covering route sales, inventory movement, and operational KPIs. Use data insights to guide smarter decision-making and improvements. Inventory & Fulfillment Oversight Supervise ordering based on demand forecasts and machine activity. Coordinate with pickers and stockers for accurate and timely replenishment. Warehouse & Route Optimization Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring cleanliness, efficiency, and organization. Continuously improve systems for routing, servicing, and fulfillment logistics. Customer Experience & Technical Support Troubleshoot issues with vending machines, payment systems, and refrigeration units. Handle escalations and client concerns with urgency and professionalism. Financial Oversight Manage local expenses, cash flow, and financial documentation. Ensure accurate recordkeeping and timely payment processing. Revenue Sharing & Resource Management Calculate and distribute client revenue shares on a quarterly basis. Source, manage, and maintain supplies, machines, and support tools. Who You Are Experienced Operator: 1-3 years in operations, logistics, or general management. Experience in vending, retail, or franchise environments is a strong plus. Detail-Oriented & Reliable: You sweat the small stuff because it drives big results. Organized & Proactive: You juggle tasks and people effortlessly and thrive under pressure.
