What You'll Do:Maintain organized records of engineering drawings, reports, and specifications
Update document logs, databases, and catalogues
Distribute new documents and remove obsolete records from circulation
Review documents for accuracy and completeness
Monitor document numbers and maintain process/status reports
Order supplies for document and reproduction services as needed
1-2 years of experience in document control or a similar administrative role
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Excellent computer, typing, and communication skills
Organized, dependable, and customer-service oriented
Friendly personality with a can-do attitude!
Entry Level : On-the-job training provided for those with 0-1 year of experience
Intermediate Level : Ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of related experience who can work semi-independently
