New construction & Modernization Mechanics: Install and upgrade elevator systems from ground break to final inspection
Service technician: Maintain and repair equipment , servicing moving parts and machinery that operate on mechanical and electronic principles
Analyze information and troubleshoot to choose the best solutions
Professionally interact with customers, general contractors, and business owners
Qualifications
Hold an Elevator mechanic license or be able to obtain one within 6 months
Minimum 5 years of experience in the elevator trade
Completion of a 4 year federally approved apprenticeship programs is a plus
Physically capable of climbing, lifting, balancing, and handling materials with precision
Able to travel and participate in an on -call rotation ( afterhours may be required)
