A bit about us: We are seeking a Certified Elevator Technician to join our growing field service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in elevator installation, maintenance, and repair, and must be comfortable working in a variety of residential and commercial environments. This is a hands-on role that requires professionalism, technical skill, and strict adherence to safety standards.

Job Details Install, maintain, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial elevator systems, lifts, and dumbwaiters.
Perform routine service and preventative maintenance according to safety codes and company standards.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems, and execute repairs with minimal supervision.
Interpret technical documents such as blueprints, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.
Ensure all work meets code and complies with local, state, and national elevator regulations.
Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and daily reports.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and project managers.
Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies on job sites and in vehicles.
Qualifications:
Certified Elevator Technician license (state-issued or nationally recognized certification).
Minimum 3 years of experience in elevator installation, repair, and/or maintenance.
Strong understanding of hydraulic, traction, and MRL (machine-room-less) systems.
Comfortable working in both residential and commercial environments.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces or at heights.
Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
OSHA 10/30 Certification preferred.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
