Job Description

Taylor Corporation is looking for an Equipment Operator. Responsibilities include preparing and operating printing press equipment in compliance with job specifications and company quality standards, performing maintenance on equipment, preparing inks for proper color and consistency, checking paper and plates for correct specifications, visually inspecting forms for quality, coordinating with the Production Team to prioritize jobs and meet deadlines, and maintaining knowledge of safety requirements. The shift is Monday to Friday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm. Requirements include ability to set adjustable mechanisms to required tolerances, strong mathematical and mechanical skills, good reading ability, effective communication, and physical ability to handle machinery and materials. Preferred qualifications include a High School Diploma/GED, ability to work with close tolerances, good color discernment, and strong analytical skills.
