Job Description

Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a highly organized and proactive Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of corporate events, client meetings, and company functions. This position requires strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. The Events Assistant will work closely with our events and marketing teams to ensure every event runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impression.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and promotional events

  • Manage event logistics including venue booking, vendor communication, and materials preparation

  • Support on-site event operations including setup, registration, and breakdown

  • Maintain event calendars and ensure timelines and deadlines are met

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding

  • Track and report on event metrics and post-event feedback

  • Assist in preparing event budgets and monitoring expenses

  • Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and company standards during events

Qualifications



Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in event coordination, administrative support, or customer-facing roles

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Availability to work occasional evenings or weekends during events
