Job Description:

 

As the Executive Chef in Seabrook, NH, you will play a pivotal role in leading a skilled culinary team within this dynamic and polished environment. The Executive Chef will be responsible for setting high culinary standards, delivering exceptional tasting dishes, and ensuring adherence to food safety protocols. • 3-5 years of high-volume Kitchen Management experience required.
• Proven ability to create and maintain a safe, team-centered work environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in controlling costs related to food, labor, and beverages.
• Effective stress management in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong delegation skills coupled with exceptional organizational abilities.
• Passion for innovation in menu development and execution.
