We are seeking an experienced, high-end, creative floral designer.

We are looking for someone excited to create flower magic with an amazing team! Full Bloom is growing, come be a part of it! I invite you to peruse our website, to get a feel for the designs we offer and the Full Bloom brand. You will do other elite, custom designs as well.

*****Designers in Dallas and Surrounding Areas: You would be going the opposite way of traffic! It wouldn't be a bad drive. Also, except for the major holidays, we can help you dodge high traffic times with your schedule!********

Qualifications

We are looking for a floral designer with solid experience and strong design skills who is driven, excited, and creative

To be successful in this position, the candidate should be comfortable working both independently and in a group in our team-oriented environment where creative and innovative thinking are highly valued

Creative Experience: Traditional, MODERN, and unique design experience required.

Innovator: Create floral designs incorporating effective and innovative use of colors, floral materials, vessels and accent materials

Team Player: Ability to work effectively as a member of a team oriented environment

Friendly Demeanor: Strong interpersonal skills with a high-level enthusiasm and self-motivation

Time Management: Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively

Flexibility: Able to work outside of schedule if needed as well as weekends

Appearance: Neat, professional appearance is required

Job description

Description: You will do daily orders, event orders, funeral orders, weddings, corporate events, etc. You will need to keep the cooler organized and clean and keep your workstation clean. Assist with event set ups. Assist other designers and collaborate on different designs. Send your portfolio to fullbloomtx@gmail.com!

Requirements:

***** Strong fresh flower design experience a MUST. We are a higher end design company. We are not training designers at this time.

*We are a FAST PACED florist. This is NOT a laid back design position. References will be requested at the time of the interview.

* Knowledge of flowers and plants

*Ability to work effectively independent and under pressure

*Self-Motivated, Energetic, and Friendly

*Ability to copy a design/photo

*Lift up to 40 pounds

* Must be able to create higher end event flowers , funeral orders, unique, modern, custom designs for every day orders, standing orders, and wedding/event design.

* Fast-paced work environment; speed without compromising design is critical

* Wedding, Event, and Funeral experience is important.

* Valid Texas drivers license with clean record

* Interview will consist of phone screening, on-site design, and portfolio of previous work

Compensation will vary depending on experience and pace
