Job Summary:

MEMCO is currently hiring dependable and hardworking individuals for General Labor and Clean-Up positions at an outdoor project site in Laredo, TX. This is a temporary assignment where workers will assist with light-duty labor tasks and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Laborers will also support crews in assembling bolted tank panels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general site clean-up, including sweeping, removing debris, and organizing materials.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting supplies around the job site.
• Use small, battery-operated hand tools to help assemble bolted tank panels.
• Lift and carry materials weighing between 50–75 lbs.
• Properly dispose of waste and trash in designated areas.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment.
• Provide general labor support as directed by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and demonstrates a strong work ethic.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Steel-toe boots are required.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions (shade and hydration provided during breaks).
