Job Description

As an outside grounds maintenance associate, you will have a big impact on the daily success of keeping the outside of the warehouse and its facilities neat and clean. You will be responsible for bulk trash pickup around dock doors, picking up trash and sweeping in the parking lots, pressure washing break areas and any other housekeeping tasks requests.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general housekeeping outside the warehouse facility.
• Sweeping, pressure washing, and trash pickups.
• Operate forklift or golf carts when necessary and perform safety checks.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse staff to ensure timely task completion.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and safety standards.
• Reliable transportation and availability for the specified schedule.
