Seeking Household Manager in St Clare, Michigan with experience to perform administrative and household management tasks. Responsibilities include approved purchases, tracking and confirming delivery of packages, processing returns, logistical planning of activities, information support, coordinating rentals and vendors, assisting with care for family pets and ensuring smooth operations within the home. Full Time Position, on site required. Strong work ethic, reliable, efficient, highly organized and high level of detail. Able to multi-task and prioritize, be proactive. Flexible and can accommodate changes in routine and plans. Works independently and take directions well from employer. Must be able to be around dogs and be able to care for them. Responsibilities Maintain inventory of household supplies and reorder as needed. Respond to service calls and coordinate with vendors and maintenance professionals for all properties. Maintain schedules for cleaners. Grocery shopping as directed. Maintain organized filing system for household needs. Perform other duties as assigned Assist with feeding pets, administering medicine and cleaning up after pets. Take pets to veterinary and grooming appointments as assigned. Tracking shipping and delivery status on packages to properties. Must be able to lift 40 pounds. Demonstrates excellent communication skills in both written and oral language.
