Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive Salary Range : $64,300 - $107,650, based on experience, skills, and location.

Candidate Profile

  • Preferred Education : Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Experience :
  • 5+ years in operations or maintenance preferred.
  • 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Hands-on mechanical experience; understanding of PLC programming is a plus.
  • Skills :
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Lean Six Sigma project experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Ability to give and receive feedback and make decisions in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Additional Requirements :
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record preferred.
  • Must have the right to work in the United States.

About the Role: Maintenance Supervisor

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll take the lead in ensuring equipment reliability and supporting production success. You'll be responsible for driving maintenance performance, reducing downtime, and coaching a team of frontline employees on shift—all while creating a safe and inclusive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership : Develop and support a facilities maintenance team focused on operational performance, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Operational Reliability : Ensure equipment and systems meet performance standards, using 5S and visual factory concepts to improve plant operations.
  • Strategic Improvement : Deploy reliability and TPM strategies that enhance technician capabilities and reduce long-term operational issues.
  • Collaboration & Communication : Work cross-functionally to solve problems and support business changes while minimizing impact to employees.
  • Talent Development : Build frontline capability through effective coaching, training, hiring, and communication.
  • Execution : Prioritize work orders, maintain attendance expectations, and ensure consistent presence on the plant floor.
  • Flexibility : This role requires off-shift and some weekend work, occasional lifting (up to 40 lbs.), and may involve operating forklifts or working in variable weather conditions.
