Responsibilities
Assess clients' financial situations and advise on suitable mortgage options.
Process loan applications and gather necessary documentation for underwriting.
Conduct credit analysis to evaluate borrower eligibility and risk.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan origination process.
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to facilitate successful transactions.
Stay updated on financial regulations and compliance requirements, including TILA and Fair Housing regulations.
Collaborate with real estate agents and other professionals to ensure smooth loan closings.
Qualifications
Must have an NMLS license
Excellent customer service and financial sales skills
Familiarity with TILA regulations and Fair Housing laws
Effective negotiation skills and knowledge of FNMA guidelines
Ability to work as a team, going above your responsibilities to make sure the loan closes.
