Job Summary Our part-time Aesthetic Nurse is responsible for: delivering a variety of aesthetic treatments with exceptional skill and confidence, including facial aesthetic treatments, laser hair removal, and lab draws; delighting patients with exceptional customer service; supporting and participating in sales and marketing strategies; having up-to-date knowledge about Chapter products and services; and confidently educating patients on the benefits of Chapter products and services. This position is pivotal in achieving patient satisfaction, retention and word-of-mouth referrals, and will have a significant impact on the ongoing success of Chapter Medical Aesthetic Clinic. Essential Responsibilities Delivers on Chapter's promise of extraordinary results, innovation and safety by upholding all procedures and protocols and participating in advanced education specific to all regulatory agency and Chapter guidelines Maintains accurate and timely written and photo documentation for each patient interaction Upholds facility standards by assuring all treatment rooms, devices and supplies are organized and cleaned according to established procedures and protocols Consistently meets and/or exceeds individual key performance metrics (i.e. revenue per hour, retail, rebook, retention goals) by following established consultation and retail systems Educates all non-members as to benefits of Chapter membership and consistently reinforces benefit of membership to current members Ensures 85% + booked clinic schedule Represents Chapter Purpose and Values in all circumstances Requirements/Qualifications 1+ years of aesthetic experience preferred Education Level: Registered Nurse credential Job Related/Industry Experience: Licensed to practice in state of designated clinic Superior interpersonal and customer service skills Demonstrated strong sales skills including active listening, effective presenting, and handling objections Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including telephone communications, computer systems, and record-keeping Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems Starting hourly rate $32+ depending on experience, plus eligibility for monthly incentives Chapter Aesthetic Studio
