Expected salary range of $120,600 to $134,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

Senior Outage Planner for the Crane Clean Energy Center in Middletown, PA (near Harrisburg).

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

This position is responsible for the development of the outage from an operations perspective. Included in these responsibilities are the identification of system outage windows, the development and approval of the clearances to allow performance of the work, and identification of the proper post maintenance testing. Review of modifications, operations tasks, and outage procedures for refuel outages. Reviews personnel assignments for outage support.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Review planned outage schedules for proper logic, Technical Specification compliance, and proper Operations resources loading.
• ACT as single point of contact for all Operations-related outage issues during the performance of the outage.
• ASSIGN outage preparation tasks to individuals and ENSURE completion of those tasks.
• Attend Outage schedule meetings
• Updating and tracking of Operation's outage preparation performance indicators
• Maintain a valid NRC senior reactor operator license as applicable.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Current NRC SRO license or SRO Certification,
• Outage Experience or Previous SRO Or Four (4) years previous experiences as an operations Outage Planner 
• BS in Technical discipline with 6 years applicable experience OR
• High School Diploma with 10 years directly applicable experience with 5 years exempt position experience OR
• Associates Degree with 8 years directly applicable with 4 years exempt position experience
