Join a top-ranked traveling mechanical contractor leading large HVAC and plumbing projects across healthcare, data centers, life sciences, logistics, and high-rise sectors.

We’re looking for a Project Executive with a strong background in large mechanical projects ($10M–$100M+) and the ability to manage multiple teams across the country.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Lead and oversee complex HVAC/plumbing scopes across multiple job sites
• Manage Project Managers, Superintendents, and Field Operations
• Own project financials (P&L, forecasting, billing)
• Ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance
• Act as the senior liaison for clients and general contractors
• Work in a travel-first role – full-time presence on major jobs across the U.S.

✅ What You Bring:

• 10+ years of mechanical contracting experience
• 5+ years in a senior role (Sr. PM, Project Exec, Ops Manager)
• Proven success on large mechanical projects ($10M–$100M+)
• Strong communication, leadership, and financial acumen
• Comfortable with 100% travel nationwide
