Possess technical experience in the design, development, testing, and support of complex software within technical teams. Must hold a SECRET clearance and be a US Citizen. Have a BS degree in a managerial or technical field. Possess at least nine years of relevant civilian or military experience, managing diverse teams supporting U.S. Navy systems and engineering support services. Be solution-oriented, capable of explaining decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to guide team members and accept advice.
