SS Hospitality is looking for an Opening Restaurant General Manager for its Landmark Bar & Kitchen brand in Addison, TX.

About the Role:

We’re hiring a hands-on, hospitality-first General Manager to help us open and operate Landmark Addison.

You should love taking care of people and leading with high energy. The right person knows how to create structure, hold the team accountable, and set the tone for service—all while building a culture that makes staff want to stay and guests want to come back.

This is a great fit for someone who thrives in fast-paced, bar-forward environments and wants to build something special from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth, consistent service
• Hire, train, and develop a strong front-of-house team
• Reinforce SOPs, service standards, and a hospitality-first mindset
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and labor performance
• Lead by example on the floor—especially during busy late-night hours
• Collaborate with the Events and Marketing teams to build a winning calendar

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of GM or senior AGM experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant ($3M+ preferred)
• A true hospitality-first leader—approachable, energetic, and respected by your team
• Passionate about guest experience, staff development, and cleanliness
• Organized and proactive, not afraid to make decisions and take ownership
• Comfortable working without layers of corporate infrastructure—we’re fast, lean, and growing

Bonus If You Have:

• Experience opening or re-launching a location
• A mix of corporate and entrepreneurial background
