Restaurant Kitchen Manager

Our client is a successful and well-established franchisee who owns casual dining restaurants throughout the Southern U.S. Their goal is to provide a fun and enjoyable environment for their guests with outstanding food and service. Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience as a KM in full service, preferably casual dining
• Proven ability to maintain strong cost control and quality standards
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Outstanding work ethic
• Proven ability to train and motivate a team
• Desire to be a part of a winning team
