Pay Range: $85 - $100/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• They will be responsible for complete inpatient hospital setting case management in acute care looking after Utilization review, Discharge planning of the inpatient.
• They are part of the care team for the patient. Normal stay at the hospital is 3-4 days.
• They will be responsible for planning all that is required for this patient at home once they get discharged.
• They interact with the patients, social workers, RNs, physicians, and they will be recommending alternate levels of care as well

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills; Acute Care setting experience, 2-4 years of recent supervisory experience, Inpatient case management
• Supervisory experience
• InterQual
• EPIC
• Cerner
• Acute Care setting
• Over 8–10 years of experience in RN Case Management.
• Must have 2–4 years of recent supervisory experience.
• Experience in an acute care setting is required.
• Must have experience with InterQual or MCG, as well as EPIC or Cerner.
