Unlike existing social networks claiming to be sports-focused, we understand platform dynamics. Job Description OleOle utilizes a Stake.com model focusing on cryptocurrencies for all in-match bets, inspired by 86% of Bet365 revenue from in-match play. Qualifications Technical Skills and Experience: Blockchain Development Experience: Proficiency in building decentralized applications (dApps) and smart contracts on Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, or Solana. Deep understanding of cryptocurrency protocols, consensus mechanisms, and tokenomics. Programming Languages: Expertise in Solidity, Rust, JavaScript (Node.js), Python, or Go. Smart Contract Development: Experience designing, deploying, and auditing secure smart contracts. Familiarity with tools like Mythril or Slither. Cryptocurrency Wallet and Payment Integration: Experience with wallet integration (MetaMask, Trust Wallet) and managing crypto payments securely. Security and Cryptography: Knowledge of cryptographic principles and blockchain security best practices. Scalability Solutions: Knowledge of Layer 2 solutions like Rollups and sidechains. APIs and Backend Integration: Experience with third-party blockchain SDKs, APIs, and backend frameworks like Django or Express.js. Professional Experience: 5+ years in blockchain development, especially with payment systems or gambling platforms. Proven record of deploying large-scale blockchain or financial systems. Experience with exchanges or fintech platforms is a plus. Soft Skills: Problem-solving and debugging skills. Ability to work in fast-paced environments and collaborate across teams. Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields. Industry certifications or hackathon participation in blockchain are advantageous. Compliance and Regulatory Officer Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of global and local gambling laws, especially jurisdictions like Curaçao and Malta. Expertise in cryptocurrency regulations, AML, KYC, and data privacy laws like GDPR. Knowledge of responsible gambling practices. Risk Management: Ability to assess legal risks and ensure compliance. Experience conducting internal audits and establishing compliance frameworks. Licensing & Reporting: Experience obtaining and maintaining licenses across jurisdictions. Familiarity with regulatory reporting and documentation. Legal Drafting: Experience reviewing contracts and drafting terms & conditions. Professional Experience: 5+ years in compliance roles within gambling, crypto, fintech, or finance sectors. Proven success in licensing and regulatory adherence. Educational & Certifications: Law degree or equivalent in compliance or regulatory affairs. Certifications like CAMS or Gambling Compliance are beneficial. Soft Skills: Meticulous attention to detail. Effective communication of complex requirements. Problem-solving for regulatory challenges.
