Training and Development Supervisor
The Training and Development Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing the organization?s employee training and development programs. This includes the creation, implementation, and evaluation of initiatives that support employee growth, improve performance, and align with organizational goals. This role supervises a team of training professionals and works cross-functionally to identify skill gaps and develop effective solutions.
