We have multiple openings, offering both full-time (32.5 or 39 hours/week) and part-time opportunities for New Mexico licensed SLPs.

Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized education programs (IEPs) and virtual therapy plans tailored to student needs.
Providing direct, synchronous (live) virtual therapy sessions to students in individual and group settings, maintaining engagement and ensuring effective service delivery.
Proactive Collaboration: Collaborating closely with teachers, school staff, and parents to facilitate student participation in teletherapy sessions, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure seamless service delivery, especially in districts with limited on-site facilitators.
Independent Problem-Solving: Demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities to adapt to changes in assignments, student needs, and district requirements.
Maintaining accurate, timely, and compliant documentation of evaluations, progress notes, IEPs, and all other required reports within district-specific systems.
Managing a caseload of approximately 45-55 students.
Participating actively in virtual IEP meetings, contributing valuable SLP expertise and recommendations.
Ensuring compliance with all New Mexico state and federal regulations regarding telepractice and special education.
Qualifications:
Currently licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in New Mexico (NMRLD - New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department and PED - Public Education Department Licenses are REQUIRED).
We are actively interviewing candidates who are currently licensed and willing to obtain both required New Mexico licenses.
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.
Proven experience or strong aptitude for delivering effective teletherapy services.
Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and school staff remotely.
Thorough understanding of the IEP process, special education law, and school-based service delivery models in a virtual setting.
