We work as an extension of our clients’ staff, offering over 53 years of professional experience designing, developing, and integrating baggage handling, passenger checkpoint screening, apron, air cargo, material handling, and air express/mail systems for projects ranging from the renovation of small manual systems to some of the largest mechanized material handling systems in the world.

We have 11 offices globally and a staff of over 135 professionals dedicated to baggage handling systems design and construction services. We have provided these services to airlines, airports, government agencies, express companies, and architectural and engineering firms to complete hundreds of airport projects worldwide.

Job Description

We are seeking a talented AutoCAD/Revit Drafter/Designer with a strong background in architectural drafting to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing detailed drawings and models, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring accuracy and adherence to design standards. Key attributes we seek include teamwork, the ability to work under minimal supervision, and a strong motivation to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop detailed Revit models and designs for airport systems including baggage handling and cargo operations.

· Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure design accuracy and compliance with specifications.

· Prepare construction documents and schematics for various projects using Revit and AutoCAD.

· Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve project outcomes.

· Assist in the BIM coordination of multi-disciplinary designs using NavisWorks.

· Support project management efforts through effective communication of design intent and updates.

· Participate in client meetings to present design concepts and gather feedback.

· Stay updated on industry trends and software advancements to enhance design

capabilities.

Qualifications

· Associate degree in Drafting, Architecture, or a related field (bachelor's degree preferred).

· 2+ years of experience in architectural drafting using AutoCAD and Revit.

· Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and building codes.

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

· Strong communication and organizational skills.

· Familiarity with additional design software (3DS Max, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Projects that the successful candidate will participate in may require a federal background check and possible drug screening. Each applicant will be required to take a short skills assessment test for AutoCAD/Revit.
