Join our team as a Production Laborer in a dynamic plywood manufacturing environment. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals seeking hands-on work and consistent hours. We're looking for reliable team members who are ready to work hard and contribute to our production goals.

• Entry-level role with on-the-job training provided
• Full-time position with weekly overtime potential
• Fast-paced environment working around plywood and other materials

Responsibilities
As a Production Laborer, you'll support daily operations by assisting with the handling, preparation, and movement of materials on the production floor.

• Stand in one spot for up to 8 hours while performing repetitive tasks
• Lift, bend, twist, and pull materials (up to 20 lbs regularly)
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety guidelines

Experience
No prior experience is required-just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

• Comfortable standing for 8 hours per day and performing physical labor
• Willing to work overtime as needed, including occasional weekends
• Dependable and punctual, with a positive team-oriented attitude
