What You'll Do Lead retained and contingent searches for senior leaders (Director to C-suite) in HR and Legal functions Build trusted, long-term client relationships and serve as a strategic partner during moments of growth and change Collaborate cross-functionally with our consulting, brand, and talent teams to deliver cohesive, human-centered client experiences Apply modern practices-including AI-powered sourcing, selection, and assessment tools-to optimize reach, speed,fit, and mitigate bias.
