What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supervise hourly production staff in molding, machining, and assembly
• Drive daily production goals in a high-volume, high-variation, union environment
• Ensure safety, quality, and production standards
• Lead training and performance management
• Collaborate with peers and leadership
• Lead process improvements (Lean / Continuous Improvement projects)

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience (Supervisor/Manager level)
• Experience managing in a union environment preferred
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred (experience counts too)
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
